    郝福顺,博士,教授,博士生导师。1990年山西师范大学获学士学位,1993年山东师范大学获硕士学位,2005年中国农业大学获博士学位,生化与分子生物学专业。1993-2002年在山东烟台从事作物遗传育种研究,2005年至今在2021欧洲杯买球app、河南省教育部共建植物逆境生物学重点实验室及棉花生物学国家重点实验室工作。2012年被聘为2021欧洲杯买球app特聘教授,为河南省学术技术带头人。主持国家自然科学基金4项,主持农业部转基因新品种培育科技重大专项课题1项、参与973国家重点基础发展规划项目2项。在重要学术刊物上发表文章20余篇,出版专著1部,参与翻译著作1部。

主要研究内容:

1. 脱落酸与活性氧调控根系发育及植物应答逆境胁迫的分子机制

以筛选到的拟南芥突变体为材料,利用细胞、生化和分子生物学技术,深入研究脱落酸及活性氧调控主根和侧根发育的分子机制,同时研究植物响应干旱和盐等逆境胁迫的分子机制。

2. 棉花响应缺钾胁迫机制及染色质表观遗传修饰调控逆境响应和棉纤维发育机制

利用生理、细胞、分子及各种组学技术研究棉花应答低钾胁迫机制及表观遗传修饰调控机制,筛选差异表达蛋白,克隆棉花重要功能基因,通过转基因技术研究其在棉花逆境适应和生长发育中的作用及机制,为提高棉花产量品质和耐逆性奠定基础。
